As part of their Turing Scheme trip to Cyprus, the group were put through their paces by the former Ukraine U21 coach, now part of the technical team at Pafos FC.

It was a unique opportunity for them to experience how a top European coach delivers their sessions and to gain insight into the methodology behind Pafos FC’s success in developing talent.

Trips like this give our players a true window into the professional game.

Massive congratulations to Academy Graduate @favouronukwuli , who’s signed a new professional contract at Sheffield Wednesday this week.

Favour came through our Football & Education programme @lns_6th_form , and after impressing in a showcase game for us in Sheffield, earned a trial and signed his first pro deal shortly after.

He’s one of the most exciting 1v1 players to come through our Academy
